User Access and License Agreement

This Agreement sets out the license under which Bakhashwein Enterprises ("we", "us") grants you and your authorized staff access to the RepairMatrix software (the "Software"). It applies alongside, and does not replace, our Terms and Conditions.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software for your own repair shop's internal business operations, for the number of users included in your plan.

2. Authorized Users

You may create logins for your own staff (technicians, attendants, administrators) up to your plan's user limit. You are responsible for the actions of every user under your account, and for removing access when a staff member leaves.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Software to any business other than your own
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code
• Use the Software to build a competing product
• Share a single user login among multiple people beyond your plan's intended use
• Circumvent plan-based feature or user limits

4. Ownership

The Software, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Bakhashwein Enterprises and protected by applicable intellectual property law. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you — only the limited right to use the Software as described above.

5. Your Business Data

This license covers the Software itself. It does not affect your ownership of the business data you enter, which is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may release updates to the Software from time to time to add features or fix issues. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software.

7. Termination of License

This license ends automatically if your subscription ends or is terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software; this does not itself delete your previously entered business data, which is governed separately by our data retention practices.

8. No Warranty Beyond Terms

This license is granted subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in our Terms and Conditions.
