Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepairMatrix, a software service operated by Bakhashwein Enterprises ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RepairMatrix is a subscription software service for managing repair shop operations, including repair tickets, invoicing, point of sale, and inventory.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, an invoice and payment link will be sent to continue on a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in Kenyan Shillings, via Paystack. If payment is not received by the due date, your account enters a grace period; if payment is still not received after the grace period, access to the Service is paused until payment is made. No data is deleted solely for non-payment.

5. Changing or Cancelling Your Plan

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling submits a request to close your account — your data is not immediately deleted, and reactivation is available; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your client records, tickets, or financial data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the Service's security, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates will be communicated where practical.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Kenyan law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid beyond the grace period described in Section 4.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
