This Privacy Policy explains how RepairMatrix ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Bakhashwein Enterprises, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and software (together, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and password, provided when you register for a trial or subscription.
Business data: repair tickets, client records, invoices, inventory, and other data you or your staff enter while using the Service. This data belongs to you — see Section 4.
Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details ourselves.
Usage information: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- To process subscription payments and send billing communications
- To respond to support requests
- To send important account and service notifications
- To improve the Service based on how it's actually used
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. payment processing, email delivery), bound by their own confidentiality obligations
- Authorities, where required by law
4. Your Business Data
Data you enter into RepairMatrix — client records, tickets, invoices — belongs to you. Each shop's data is stored in its own separate database, isolated from every other shop on the platform. We do not access or use your business data except to provide support you've requested, or as required to operate the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, data is retained for a reasonable period in case of an accidental closure, then permanently deleted at a platform administrator's discretion.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption of sensitive stored credentials and per-shop database isolation — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@repairmatrix.co.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
